This is my stock photography sales statistic for November 2010. You can find a complete list of stock photography agencies that I work with here.
These are for me the best 4 performing stock agencies for October 2010:
It was an improvement of 7% compared to October, but worries me is, that it was a decline compared to last years November. Shutterstock is continuing for me to slow down. I hope that this is only because I am uploading less as my focus is on Zazzle in the moment. Yes Zazzle is not and stock agencies, and that is why it is not listed in the best four. But many stock photographer also use Zazzle and that is why I include it in my statistic. November was the best month ever for iStockPhoto, and Zazzle.

Zazzle results are interesting, but how much time has it taken to upload/setup store there compared to shutterstock or istock?
Well, this is a good question. First I produce the image. I use the same image for microstock and Zazzle. So there is no time difference. I have now 1027 images at Shutterstock and 174 images at iStock (I don't like there submitting process, but I am working on it) I started uploading to them in beginning of 2008. Zazzle on the other hand I only started really uploading in the beginning of 2010. I have uploaded about 120 to Zazzle and created about 2200 different products with this. I us the same title, description and keywords as I us in microstock. There is a function where you can create the more basic product in on session, and after that you add the more customized product. Yes you invest more time, but the revenue is most of the time much better then in microstock. My suggestion would be, just to try it out. Spend some time with it and see if it is working for you. A good forum for Zazzle is http://fnolan.nolansoft.com/form/index.php
Good luck!
