Stock photo company, Photokore, expands reach with addition of Portuguese search functionality

In another first for the Asian stock photography industry, Photokore announced today the addition of Portuguese to its list of search languages - which already include English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean, Hindi, Indonesian, Spanish and Thai.

Accessing and finding Asian stock photography has traditionally been limited to sites that include English search. Photokore is changing this with their strategy of assisting images buyers around the globe to search for images in their native language.

Photokore’s offering of multiple languages also allows Asian artists – both photographers and graphic designers, to showcase and sell their images around the world.

“Increasing the global exposure of our Artists’ work is one of Photokore’s key goals”, according to Photokore’s CEO, Sean Mooney. “The addition of Portuguese search to our site means the reach of our artists’ images will be greatly expanded, while giving images buyers around the world access to a unique collection of photos and illustrations”.
